Cleaning Instructions:
Be very careful not to touch the edge of the blades!
If need be, wash the knife by hand with warm water and a mild dish detergent.
Dry the knife immediately with a clean, soft towel after washing.
DO NOT place the knife in a dishwasher. 
Store the knife in a dry place.
