CLEANING: Do not touch the edges of the blades! If need be, wash the knife by hand with warm water and a mild dish detergent. Dry the knife immediately with a clean, soft towel after washing. Do not place the knife in a dishwasher.

MEET THE INVENTOR

My name is Robby Berman and I grew up in Woodmere, Long Island, NY attending the Young Israel of Woodmere. I am graduate of Yeshiva University, Baruch College, Bar Ilan University, Touro College and Harvard University. I live in Israel.

When you have a large family or guests for Shabbat the forced silence around the table after Hamotzi is a bit uncomfortable and frustrating. For years I have wanted to create the Nuu Nuu Challah knife and I have finally patented it. I am now manufacturing it and soon as I reach -with your help - the 1,000 pre-sold knives they will ship.
